The Coromandel Town Chronicle is published by Jude Publishing Ltd on behalf of the Coromandel Business Association – Completely Coromandel. Up to 3000 copies are printed monthly and are distributed free to letterboxes in Coromandel town and by rural delivery from the Thames Coast to the top of the Coromandel Peninsula. It is also available free in local i-sites and shops.

Rates shown are exclusive of GST (except classified advertising which is inclusive of GST).

General conditions
The acceptance of all advertising is subject to the following general conditions:
• Ad rates correct as of January 2010, and are subject to change.
• The publishers reserve the right to refuse or omit publication of any advertisement considered unsuitable.
• All placings are at the discretion of the publisher unless a preferred position is specified and available and the appropriate loading undertaken.
• Cancellation cannot be affected after the deadline date.
• Advertising material shall be delivered to the publishers without expense to the publishers.
• The advertiser warrants that the advertising does not contravene the provisions of the Fair Trading Act or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other consumer protection legislation.
• The advertiser indemnifies the publisher and the printer of the advertisement against all claims and losses suffered by each of them resulting from a breach of this warranty by the advertiser.
• Unpaid accounts after the 20th of the month of publication will incur late payment fees and collection costs.
